此进度报告包括公司,政府官员,民间社会领导人和农民的数据和推荐,自2017年3月以来,在可可供应链中结束森林砍伐和森林退化。

Honorable Alain-Richard Donwahi, Minister of Water and Forests in Côte d’Ivoire “Since the signature of the CFI Joint Framework for Action, we’ve made significant progress on the protection of forests, including through the release of the new Forest Code in 2019. This new code defines the legal and regulatory framework for the implementation of the CFI, including the creation of a differentiated approach to classified forests, which also takes into account the needs of communities whose livelihoods depend on forests. The next challenge will be for us to mobilize further funds to support implementation of this ambitious policy, in close collaboration with the private sector, and with support from civil society organizations.”
